Has anyone recommended our practice to you?

Please be advised that fees established by Obsidian Care Collective for psychotherapy, RO-DBT, and Somatic Experiencing®️ services are standard rates in our field, fee for service, and considered out of network with all insurance panels. Obsidian Care Collective may be able to assist you in utilizing your Out of Network (OON) benefits reimbursement for full fee paying patients. For clients with no OON benefits, Obsidian offers reduced fees through our Enrollment discounts. Kade Collins, LCSW is the only psychotherapist who has openings to provide any services on a sliding scale to new or returning patients. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please consider working with one of our MSW Clinical Interns at our Equitable Care Clinic.

I understand that Obsidian Care Collective cannot bill my insurance.

Please be informed that Louise & Maureen have no openings for new clients under the Enrollment Plans discount and selective openings for full fee offerings. Both Maureen & Louise can assist you with expedient reimbursement from your Out of Network (OON) benefits depending on your coverage.
